Grab Hold of the True You: Representative of Heaven

Teacher, you are a conduit of God's Goodness

We are Ambassadors

You are an ambassador of Heaven sent to establish His Kingdom wherever you have influence. significant mentor in my life from the Seattle area, Andre Benjamin, spoke some life-changing truths into my heart as a young teacher. He'd remind me, "You are an apostle, an evangelist, a pastor, a teacher, and a prophet as a Teacher." You need to declare the truth of God's word, what He says about who you are in Christ Jesus, over yourself daily. Take communion with Jesus daily to remind yourself that you're anointed to do the works of Jesus-- and that you're covered by His blood and His authority as you go about planning, writing curriculum, relating and redirecting students, teaching, conducting conferences and working with colleagues. You have a voice and it matters in the courts of Heaven and also on the earth because God has placed His favor upon your life and your position. He sees you and He knows you more than you know yourself! So pray and anoint your students' desks, pray in tongues throughout your day, you set the thermostat wherever you go-- don't take on the atmosphere around you-- be the game-changer. Be the change-agent for students, parents, colleagues and administration. Play instrumental worship music to stir up creativity and possibility in the hearts and minds of those who come into your atmosphere. Invite the Holy Spirit to enlighten students’ minds. Command spirits of darkness to stop at the door of your classroom, your sanctuary of ministry.

"Rediscovering the Kingdom" (by Myles Munroe)

Miles Munroe makes some really key points about what it means to be a Kingdom Believer, one set apart for the purposes of the Kingdom. He says the Gospel of the Kingdom is: 1. Not a religion or denomination. 2. Welcomes any who want to be reunited in spirit and in fellowship with God to be restored to their full position and rights as children of God and citizens of His Kingdom. We regain what Adam lost-- we assume the place of dominion-- authority that God intended for us from the beginning-- miracles, signs and wonders-- result crowds were drawn closer to Kingdom of God by Jesus’ words and actions. We as believers in Jesus have been invited into a life of hope, peace, joy, power to rise above daily probs and diff. Right now and live successfully and victoriously right now. It's an invitation into a higher lifestyle than any earthly kingdom. I CAN experience the benefits of Heaven, HERE on earth, now. Jesus says in John 10:10 “I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.” (For further study of Kingdom: John 16:33 & 1 John 5:4-5.) I want life and life to the full now!

Myles Munroe also says that ambassadors are those that are sent out to represent another country. They carry the full authority of their home country, as if they were the king himself being sent out to bring a message or a gift to another country. You, teacher, are an ambassador or Heaven. You carry your Father God's signet ring, His authority to bring the keys of the Kingdom to this earth, this other country. The keys of the Kingdom are to unlock the chains of those in bondage-- to sin, sickness and disease.

As ambassadors of heaven, we are ministers of reconciliation to the Father.
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come:The old has gone, the new is here! 18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: 19 that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. 20 We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. 21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God” (2 Corinthians 5:17-21 NIV). How do we reconcile people to God? We provide the atmosphere for heaven to come. People are attracted to miracles, signs, wonders, and words from Father God himself (words of knowledge). All you need to do is remain open to his Spirit during your day-- setting your affections on Him (surrendering any lies you've been believing about yourself or others, adjusting your attitude, the source of your Peace, and your Joy on a consistent basis). Invite Father God to speak to you and through you to woo hearts to himself. He's happy to use you, as His Beloved Conduit! “I tell you this timeless truth: The person who follows me in faith, believing in me, will do the same mighty miracles that I do--even greater miracles than these because I go to be with my Father!” (John 14:12.) Jesus speaking to the 70 returning from GOING out and demonstrating the Kingdom said, “While you were ministering, I watched Satan topple until he fell suddenly from heaven like lightning to the ground. Now you understand that I have imparted to you all my authority to trample over his kingdom. You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power Satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will be able to harm you as you walk in this authority. However, your real source of joy isn’t merely that these spirits submit to your authority, but that your names are written in the journals of heaven and that you belong to God’s kingdom. This is the true source of your authority” (Luke 10:18-20).

Grab Hold of the True You

Know and repeat these truths over yourself:You are loved! You are chosen. First position yourself in a place of surrender before Father God's thrown, letting Him love your heart. He wants to pour fresh truth into your Spirit-Man so you're filled with great hope, strength and vision. You are highly regarded and your position matters.
